Shipping Policy
All orders at Vecchio are made to order. This means each item is crafted specifically for you before it is dispatched.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (though we try our best to do it sooner). During busy periods, this may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Estimated delivery: 2 working days after dispatch
You may also upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for an additional cost:
- Estimated delivery: 1 working day after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked for an additional (discounted) cost, calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch (varies by destination)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Delays & Issues
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur. Vecchio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All items at Vecchio are made to order, meaning each piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Damages & Issues
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces and the use of specific materials, slight variations, textures, or minor imperfections may occur. These are not faults, but rather part of the unique character of each piece, ensuring that no two items are exactly the same.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vecchio.studio@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is processing or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
EU & UK Consumer Rights (Cooling-Off Period)
Typically, if your order is shipped to the UK or European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
However, under consumer law, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised. As all our items are made to order, this exemption applies and we are not obliged to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a confirmed issue, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
