All orders at Vecchio Studio are made to order. This means each item is crafted specifically for you before it is dispatched.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
You may also upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for an additional cost:
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked for an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days after dispatch (varies by destination)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Delays & Issues
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur. Vecchio Studio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
