Returns & Refunds Policy
All items at Vecchio are made to order, meaning each piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces and the use of specific materials, slight variations, textures, or minor imperfections may occur. These are not faults, but rather part of the unique character of each piece, ensuring that no two items are exactly the same.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vecchio.studio@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure all details (including sizing, variations, and shipping information) are correct before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is processing or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
EU & UK Consumer Rights (Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the UK or European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
However, under consumer law, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised. As all our items are made to order, this exemption applies and we are not obliged to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a confirmed issue, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
